You will diagnose Layer 2/3 issues, manage VPN/security tooling, and coordinate field teams to restore services within SLAs, while documenting procedures and refining monitoring dashboards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux server administration with Ubuntu or similar distro.
• Experience diagnosing Layer 2/3 network issues and VPN security.
• Familiarity with SIEM/IDS tools and security monitoring practices.
• Ability to build automation scripts to streamline diagnostics.
• Strong problem solving under time-sensitive conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot mission-critical network infrastructure across regions.
• Investigate connectivity incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and assess impact.
• Coordinate field dispatch with technicians to resolve outages per SLAs.
• Perform Layer 2/3 CLI diagnostics and validate signal integrity.
• Administer Linux-based servers supporting network and monitoring infra.
• Provide application-level support for monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Validate migrations, maintenance windows, and upgrades to minimize risk.
• Build automation scripts to streamline diagnostics and incident response.
• Maintain operational documentation and incident response guides.
• Escalate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
