Job summary

Mega Prime Foods Incorporated is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Head to manage, modernize, and safeguard our enterprise technology landscape across offices, plants, and distribution centers nationwide.

You will lead infrastructure operations and support teams, oversee incident response, drive multi-year roadmaps for cloud migrations, ensure high availability, security, and business continuity, while partnering with vendors and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience within FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environment is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ITIL, COBIT, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant cloud/infrastructure certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, capacity, and high availability of servers, networks, cloud platforms, data centers, and enterprise systems across locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop systems engineers, IT administrators, and support staff.
• Establish proactive monitoring and manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analyses (RCA).
• Define multi-year infrastructure roadmaps, cloud migrations, and system upgrades.
• Partner with security governance to implement security policies, manage disaster recovery testing, and ensure business continuity.
• Direct third-party vendor relationships, manage SLA compliance, negotiate contracts, and optimize IT expenditures.
• Communicate IT health and infrastructure strategy to executive leadership and department heads.

About the Role

Mega Prime Foods Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Head to manage, modernize, and safeguard our enterprise technology landscape. Reporting to IT Leadership, this position is responsible for ensuring maximum system stability, high availability, and optimal performance across all corporate offices, plants, and distribution centers nationwide.

In this role, you will lead infrastructure operations and support teams, manage third-party vendors, oversee incident response, and direct infrastructure strategy to keep our fast‑paced FMCG and food manufacturing operations running seamlessly.

What You Will Do

• Infrastructure Leadership & Operations: Oversee the performance, capacity, and high availability of servers, networks, cloud platforms, data centers, and enterprise systems across all locations.

• Team Coaching & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and develop systems engineers, IT administrators, and support staff to maintain a high-performing IT operations culture.

• Incident & System Availability Management: Establish proactive monitoring and manage end-to-end incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analyses (RCA) to minimize operational downtime.

• Infrastructure Strategy & Modernization: Define multi-year infrastructure roadmaps, cloud migrations, and system upgrades to create a scalable, resilient IT environment.

• Security, Compliance & DR: Partner with security governance to implement security policies, manage disaster recovery (DR) testing, and ensure reliable business continuity across operations.

• Vendor & Budget Management: Direct third-party vendor relationships, manage SLA compliance, negotiate contracts, and optimize IT infrastructure expenditures.

• Executive Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate IT health, operational metrics, and infrastructure strategy clearly to executive leadership and department heads.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering. Experience within FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environment is highly advantageous.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Breadth: Strong background managing hybrid environments (cloud, network routing, firewalls, virtualization, storage), system monitoring tools, and enterprise platforms (ERP, WMS, MES).

• Certifications: ITIL, COBIT, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant cloud/infrastructure certifications (AWS, Azure, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred.

• Leadership & Influence: Proven track record in vendor oversight, cross-functional stakeholder communication, incident management, and driving technical modernization.
