FMSS Solutions in the Philippines seeks an entry-level IT Support Specialist to respond to queries from vessel and office users via phone, email, or chat. You will provide first-level troubleshooting, log incidents, and assist with onboarding and access controls to help maintain stable IT operations.

A Bachelor's in IT and at least 1 year of experience, plus strong communication and customer service, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to IT-related queries from vessel or office users via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log incidents and elevate unresolved issues to Level 2 support.
• Track support tickets and ensure timely resolution or follow-up.
• Assist in onboarding new users and maintaining access controls.
