Responsibilities

• Assist IT Helpdesk Associates and Specialists with routine issues under guidance.
• Assist with hardware setup, software installation, and system configurations.
• Shadow senior staff during troubleshooting to learn processes and solutions.
• Update onboarding/offboarding and asset-management forms.
