As part of the IT Management Internship, you’ll support the IT Workplace Services team in day-to-day operations, from troubleshooting laptops to assisting end users, helping you build practical technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing BS IT, IT Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with laptop troubleshooting and system setup.
• Available to commit to a 5-month internship starting October 16, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Help with laptop setup, reformatting, and OS installation (Windows/Mac).
• Assist in user account setup and configuration.
• Gain experience in end-user support through shadowing and reverse shadowing.
• Learn about device compliance and cloud-managed environments.
• Perform basic IT maintenance and repair tasks.
