VST ECS Phils., Inc. in Cebu City invites applications for an entry-level IT Helpdesk role to support our growing team at the Talisay site. You will handle hardware, software, and network issues and assist staff with technical queries.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering and is willing to work on-site in Talisay City. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow with us.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering.
1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
Knowledge of IT asset management is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite in Talisay City, Cebu.

Mansioni

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist employees in troubleshooting IT concerns.
Install, configure, and upgrade computers, software, and peripherals.
Maintain helpdesk logs, technical documentation, and daily activity reports.
Support the setup of IT equipment for newly hired employees.
