Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an IT Specialist for the End-User Computing Group (EUCG) to provide frontline IT support and manage devices for employees in Paranaque City. This onsite, dayshift role emphasizes reliable service delivery and endpoint management.

You will log requests in FreshService, track IT incidents, and help implement new solutions to boost user productivity while ensuring security compliance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience is preferred; candidates with up to 6 months are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any IT-related course.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux desktop and endpoint support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level technical support professionally and efficiently.
• Assist end users with IT asset requests such as hardware or software upgrades.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, software licenses, mobile devices).
• Log requests and incidents in FreshService and document actions taken.
• Adhere to SLA commitments for IT Service Requests and Incidents.
• Coordinate external technical support when issues cannot be resolved in-house.
• Maintain user security in line with company policy.
