Job summary

Citi is hiring a Senior Lead Analyst for End User Computing (EUC) Governance on a hybrid basis in the Philippines. The role focuses on developing and implementing a comprehensive EUC framework, partnering with businesses, technology and compliance to strengthen controls and policy adherence.

The candidate will drive EUC lifecycle governance, manage cross‑functional programs, and contribute to continuous improvement while coordinating with senior leadership and risk committees.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of governance, controls and regulatory requirements for technology.
• Excellent communication to influence senior leaders across regions and cultures.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional programs and initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of the EUC Governance Framework.
• Provide oversight over EUC governance programs including policy and standards.
• Measure policy adherence and remedial action.
• Engage with business leaders to drive EUC agenda progress.
• Support communications to senior management and committees as needed.
• Partner across the firm to drive tools and capabilities for EUC lifecycle.
• Identify, design and implement EUC discovery tools.
• Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense to ensure controls are effective.
• Design processes for managing EUC framework issues.
• Lead recruitment and coach junior staff as needed.
• Support tooling, technology, and transformation projects as SME in data policies.
