Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Manila/BGC is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee IT project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

You will lead Scrum teams, manage budgets and risks, and report progress to stakeholders. Strong communication and delivery leadership are essential for success in this onsite, day-shift role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years IT project or delivery management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• PM certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.
