Role Description

The Information Technology Delivery Manager is a contract, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and services. The role manages IT delivery plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures projects meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring service performance, resolving delivery issues, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting continuous improvement of delivery processes. The IT Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with business and technical teams, prepare status reports, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.

This role combines project leadership with operational continuous improvement, guiding development pipeline enhancements to boost delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
