Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead IT quality project implementations, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliant governance in a global service environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage external service providers, and develop stakeholder communications to secure alignment, while applying ITSM principles and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience managing IT projects with external service providers.
• Extensive IT application operations and project delivery with ITSM knowledge.
• Fluent English, strong communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including business, IT, legal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within Quality IT.
• Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management.
• Lead project teams fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Be the IT partner of choice for business customers by providing technical consulting and IT solutions fit.
• Oversee operation, performance, and compliance of Quality applications, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage application lifecycle and support.
• Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups.

• Quality Management and Project Management
• Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within the Quality IT

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing IT projects and collaborating with external service providers
• Many years in IT application operations and project deliverySolid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
• Experience with Quality applications is a strong advantage, especially in SFDC
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers, to ensure project success
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, enabling the management of stakeholder expectations, negotiation with vendors, and conflict resolution across diverse teams
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies
