Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. is seeking an IT Consultant for the Quality & ESH IT area to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

You will lead IT implementation projects, ensure on-time delivery, and deliver high-quality IT solutions in a multinational, agile/hybrid environment. The role requires a university degree in a related field, several years of IT project leadership, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project management, focusing on IT projects with external service providers.
• Many years in IT application operations and project delivery.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools.
• Experience with Quality & ESH applications is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, legal and external providers.
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiations.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work in a multicultural, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• SAP QM and ESH Support.
• Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within Quality & ESH IT.
• Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management.
• Lead project teams fostering teamwork.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Be the IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensuring best fit IT solutions.
• Oversee operation, performance, and compliance of Quality & ESH applications, ensuring optimal availability and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage application lifecycle and support.
• Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions.
