Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in Manila is seeking a Communications Specialist to support IT systems and digital tools across the bank. You will translate technical information into clear messages, develop communications materials, and help employees understand and adopt IT services.

You will work with IT teams, project managers and change partners to drive rollout and adoption, coordinate content, and support onboarding, demos, and learning sessions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years in corporate communications or IT projects.
• Able to translate technical concepts into clear messages.
• Experience creating emails, newsletters, announcements, guides, FAQs, and other content.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with intranet or content management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT communications plans and support technology rollouts.
• Create clear announcements, emails, FAQs, quick reference guides, and visuals.
• Coordinate with IT project teams to gather accurate information.
• Support IT-related activities such as demos, roadshows, and learning sessions.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure timely execution.
