Job summary

Probe Group is seeking an IPC Manager to safeguard business operations across the enterprise. You will bridge technical operations with business activities, oversee IT changes, manage major incidents, and drive governance to minimize IT-driven disruption.

You will chair CAB/ECAB, assess risks, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead post-incident reviews to reduce downtime and protect revenue. Strong ITIL knowledge and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in IT operations/ITSM with proven risk safeguarding.
• Experience in ITIL change, incident, and problem management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT changes with CAB/ECAB to align with business risk.
• Drive major incident management and on-call escalations.
• Translate outages into business impact for leadership.
• Lead post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and governance.
