HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst to gather information from process owners, document pain points, and create a gap analysis to guide transformation projects that meet the team's goals.

You will facilitate requirements, research, and modeling, support project management activities, and ensure solutions align with business and technology needs.

Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders are essential to deliver clear documentation and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to facilitate, research, model and define requirements.
• Good understanding of business and technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• CBAP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
