Quickstrike in the Philippines seeks a Business Analyst/PM to translate business needs into clear product requirements and specifications. You will work with US stakeholders, brand managers, BA teams, PMs, developers, and QA to ensure data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes creating detailed functional specs, breaking down technical requirements, and writing actionable Jira tickets. Strong communication and collaboration are essential to align on project scope and deliverables.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer-related courses is required.
• Years of Business Analyst/Project Management experience in the Software Development industry.
• Extensive experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira Atlassian and Confluence.
• Extensive experience in developing comprehensive specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and collaborative work style.
