Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Analyst to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and aligned with IT solutions. You will improve project delivery, reduce rework, and enable effective implementation of IT solutions and process improvements.

You will gather requirements, map processes, prepare BRDs/PRDs, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and support Agile delivery and UAT. Collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and QA is essential for success.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related role.
Experience in BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
Experience with Agile or other structured project delivery environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio; Jira/Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure IT solutions meet objectives.
Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Develop BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for solutions.
Validate requirements against stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility.
Support Agile delivery and project planning activities.
Develop UAT scenarios and test cases to verify delivered solutions.
Maintain traceability and project documentation per PMO standards.
Coordinate stakeholders and manage delivery dependencies.
Support readiness and post-implementation validation.
