Qualifications

• Graduate with a four-year degree in MIS/IT/CS or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, program management, or automation project management.
• Exposure to low-code AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist department head in identifying business problems.
• Conduct trends and technology scanning and quarterly foresight briefs.
• Gather and document requirements for shortlisted ideas, defining scope and success metrics.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, and user stories.
• Validate the business requirements; recommend solutions to design conflicts and improve existing applications.
