Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in the Philippines to independently plan and conduct requirements elicitation, translate business needs into clear requirements, and manage changes through the delivery lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to refine backlogs, ensure traceability, and support QA/UAT to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating requirements for projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and validation sessions.
• Own quality and traceability of requirements, identify gaps and risks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs based on value and priorities.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams to clarify requirements.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain BA artifacts throughout delivery.
• Support QA test planning, UAT, and defect resolution to sign-off.

What You’ll Do:

• Independently plan and conduct requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process walkthroughs, research, and validation sessions, translating business needs into clear functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the quality, completeness, and traceability of requirements for assigned projects, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, risks, and potential impacts while coordinating resolutions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize backlogs based on business value, dependencies, risks, and delivery priorities, while facilitating backlog refinement and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, working with developers, QA, UI/UX, Data, and other teams to clarify requirements, assess proposed solutions, identify functional gaps, and support effective delivery decisions.
• Manage requirement changes throughout the delivery lifecycle by performing impact analysis, documenting updates, maintaining business analysis artifacts, and ensuring alignment among affected stakeholders.
• Define business scenarios, support QA test planning, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered functionality against approved requirements, and facilitate defect clarification, results tracking, and business sign-off.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, automation opportunities, and process improvements while supporting risk management, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of BA standards, templates, and Agile practices.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, preferably supporting digital transformation, application development, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in independently gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements for moderately complex projects or workstreams.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban, with hands‑on experience participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Proven ability to develop high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, functional requirements, business rules, and process flows that can be clearly understood and implemented by development teams.
• Experience in facilitating requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions.
• Experience working with Product Owners and delivery teams in managing and refining product backlogs, including identifying dependencies, clarifying requirements, and ensuring stories are ready for development.
