Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of BA/IT project delivery experience.
• Experience in BRD/PRD, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile or structured project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio; Jira/Confluence preferred.
• Certifications in BA/Agile/PM are preferred but not required.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to align IT solutions with project objectives.
• Map business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Create BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, PMs, developers, and QA in Agile environments.
• Develop test cases and support UAT testing.
• Maintain traceability and project documentation per PMO standards.
• Support planning, readiness, and post-implementation validation.
• Identify digital transformation opportunities to improve efficiency.
