Digital Advantage Corp. Head Office is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Digital Solutions to bridge business needs with technology, turning ideas into practical digital products.

You will work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to understand challenges, define requirements, and support delivery from discovery through testing and implementation. You will ensure requirements are clearly understood, well documented, and translated into solutions delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 3–5 years in BI analysis, systems analysis or product delivery.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder mgmt.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.
• Analyze processes, pain points, and opportunities to improve efficiency and UX.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare BRD, RSD, process flows, and user stories documentation.
• Develop Gherkin scenarios to assist QA in validating functionality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams throughout delivery.

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst – Digital Solutions who can connect business needs with technology solutions and help turn ideas into practical, user-friendly digital products.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to understand business challenges, define requirements, and support the delivery of technology solutions from discovery through testing and implementation.

You will play a key role in making sure that business requirements are clearly understood, properly documented, and translated into solutions that deliver real business value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Analyze business processes, pain points, and opportunities and identify areas where technology can improve efficiency and user experience.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Requirements Specifications Documents (RSD), process flows, and user stories .
• Develop Gherkin scenarios and acceptance criteria to help QA teams validate system functionality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, UI/UX Designers, and other technology teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration , or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Delivery, IT Solution Delivery, or a related role.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management .
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies .
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements .
• Experience working on digital platforms, mobile applications, CRM, loyalty platforms, or enterprise applications is an advantage
