Job summary
Digital Advantage Corp. Head Office is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Digital Solutions to bridge business needs with technology, turning ideas into practical digital products.
You will work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to understand challenges, define requirements, and support delivery from discovery through testing and implementation. You will ensure requirements are clearly understood, well documented, and translated into solutions delivering
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
- 3–5 years in BI analysis, systems analysis or product delivery.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder mgmt.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.
- Analyze processes, pain points, and opportunities to improve efficiency and UX.
- Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare BRD, RSD, process flows, and user stories documentation.
- Develop Gherkin scenarios to assist QA in validating functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams throughout delivery.
