Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical specs and drive discovery from requirements through to design.

You will work closely with IT and business teams, document user stories, and build workflows to improve processes. A background in agile contexts, JIRA/Confluence familiarity, and a diploma in IT/BA will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with analysis and modeling tools.
• Postgraduate diploma in IT/Business Analysis/Process Engineering.
• CBAP/IIBA certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Hybrid work setup is preferred.
• Up to 20% variable performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge of assigned system.


• Able to translate business requirements into sustainable technical specifications


• Elicits, formalizes, validates functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other relevant artifacts


• Construct workflows and business process models


• Collaborate with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and general guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities


• Take part in designing functionality together with the UX designer and/or development team


• Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders


• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement (e.g. identifying areas of poor performance and making recommendations for improvement)


• Create quality documentation.


• Lead discovery phase of low impact initiatives such as BAU requirements of small requirements to an already signed off design.
