Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Senior Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders to understand company strategy, processes, services, and roadmap. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and address risks, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.

• 7 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis.
• Experience working as a business analyst in an agile environment.
• Experience in Solutions Designing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, UML (use case, BPMN, sequence model, data modelling).
• Familiarity with Software design patterns, SOA, SaaS.
• Proficiency in analysis and modeling tools.

• Collaborates with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and general guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities

Job Description

The IT Senior Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders to gain in-depth of the company’s overall strategy, processes, services, and roadmap to be able to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, mitigate and address operational, financial, and technological risks. He plays a key role in initiatives that directly impact and address business strategies, ensuring that desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.
