Hybrid (3x a week RTO) | Night Shift | Makati City

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Architecture: Design conceptual models, diagrams, and model enhancements to optimize data integration, efficiency, and alignment with target architectures.

• Requirements & Integration: Analyze data structures, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with developers and business teams for accurate implementation.

• Enterprise Architecture Governance: Maintain the Enterprise Architecture capability model, manage the application portfolio, and contribute to standards for the information architecture repository.

• Migration & Technical Support: Support data migration projects, assist with integration testing, and provide technical support and training on data system access and usage.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5–8 years in business analysis or analytical roles, including 3 years in architectural functions and hands-on experience with data modeling, integration, and architecture tools.

• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with data governance practices and enterprise data architectures.

• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights, and maintain high data accuracy and integrity.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven capability in requirements gathering, active communication, and leading complex discovery interviews with non-technical stakeholders.

• Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
