Job summary

SM Retail, Inc. - Corporate is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist in installation and configuration of IT systems and devices including POS terminals, workstations, servers, and CCTV cameras.

You will resolve user tickets within SLA, provide technical assistance, and consult with users to determine hardware needs, while staying updated through trainings. Qualifications include a degree in a computer-related field and at least two years of relevant experience; CCTV installation experience

Qualifications

• Degree holder of any computer-related course.
• At least two-year relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV systems, including cameras, cabling, and associated hardware.
• Knowledge on POS systems is an advantage.
