Job summary

Great Image Services Corporation in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking an Assistant Management Information System to join our growing IT support team. This full-time role focuses on supporting our MIS infrastructure, maintaining critical business applications, and ensuring smooth IT service delivery across the organisation.

You will assist in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and user account management, reporting to the MIS department.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing systems and IT service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of MIS and related software.
• Monitor system performance and alert senior team members to issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist with basic network configuration tasks.
• Maintain documentation of IT incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
• Support user account management (creation, modification, access control).
• Assist in backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and patches.
• Respond promptly to IT support tickets and service requests.
• Contribute to IT policies and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Management Information Systems and related software applications

What we're looking for
