Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a proactive IT Associate (Technical Support) to provide essential IT help across our salon branches, restaurants and Head Office. You will handle hardware, printers, POS systems, network equipment and basic software, ensuring smooth operations.

This role combines remote and onsite support with regular travel to branch sites and provincial locations. You will document tickets, perform preventive maintenance, educate users on IT best practices and manage IT

Qualifications

• TESDA/Vocational diploma in Computer required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior experience in a technical support role is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service desks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, basic networking and common software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel regularly to branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and minor software IT support for multiple sites.
• Respond to and document IT support tickets.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and in-house management system.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and provide basic network support.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage IT inventory.
• Travel regularly for onsite support at branches.
• Educate users on IT best practices.
