ING Wholesale Banking in the Philippines seeks an IT Area Lead to oversee the Transaction Services Technology capability. You will shape technical direction, develop engineering talent, ensure service excellence, and deliver business-critical technology solutions.

You will lead and develop high-performing teams, drive delivery excellence across development, maintenance and support, shape architecture, and uphold security and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proven track record leading technology teams in complex enterprise environments.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proven track record leading technology teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience driving strategic technology change initiatives.
• Experience managing service delivery and support within matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, and engineering practices.

Technical Expertise

• Strong engineering background and technology leadership experience.
• Knowledge of modern software architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, and service management.
• Familiarity with security governance, cyber risk, and technology controls.
