Responsibilities

• Follow escalation procedures during outages or incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution and improvements.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotations and respond to high-severity requests.
• Use SQL to investigate, troubleshoot, and validate data.
