Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated professional to maintain and manage the company's business systems, including workflow, accounts, and permissions. You will ensure timely handling of system issues and meet SLAs while optimizing processes.

You will gain deep understanding of departmental workflows, identify critical needs, evaluate solutions, deliver and continuously improve workflows, collaborate with the team on UAT, and provide user training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's business system, such as workflow, accounts, permission, etc.
• Handle business system issues in a timely manner and ensure the achievement of SLAs
• Deep understand the workflow and business needs within the company departments and identify key needs and critical points
• Evaluate to ensure business solutions meet key business objectives and needs
• Deliver and continuously optimize workflows based on business systems
• Work closely with the team and conduct UAT test on deliverables
• User training and establishment of relevant document
