1. IT Infrastructure, Systems & Support

• Provide service desk and end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the business
• Maintain software inventories, patching, and standard operating procedures
• Act as the bridge between IT operations and automation — identifying where manual IT and support tasks can be automated or self-served

2. Workflow & Process Automation

• Design and implement automated workflow solutions using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate
• Build end-to-end automated processes that operate without manual intervention once deployed
• Integrate third‑party systems and APIs into automated workflows
• Document automation logic, configuration, and maintenance procedures
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate on automation solutions to ensure reliability and resilience

3. Sales, Marketing & Operations Automation

• Partner with the Sales team to automate lead management, CRM data enrichment, follow‑up sequences, and pipeline reporting
• Work with Marketing to automate campaign workflows, content generation pipelines, audience segmentation, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with Operations to streamline and automate internal processes including approvals, scheduling, data entry, and cross‑system data sync
• Design scalable automation solutions that grow with business volume without requiring proportional manual effort
• Identify integration points between business tools (CRM, marketing platforms, ops systems) and connect them via automated workflows

4. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
• Identify manual, repetitive, or high‑volume processes across business units that are candidates for automation and scaling
• Map current‑state workflows and design future‑state automated equivalents
• Produce requirements documentation including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
• Define acceptance criteria, KPIs, and success metrics for automation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and review sessions with business and technical stakeholders

5. Data Pipelines & Analytics

• Design and develop data pipelines that feed automated and AI‑driven workflows with clean, structured inputs
• Integrate structured and unstructured data sources including databases, APIs, documents, and web content
• Apply data quality and validation practices to ensure reliable outputs from automated systems
• Build reporting and dashboards to monitor automation performance, system health, and business impact

6. General Duties

• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Maintain clear and up‑to‑date documentation for all deliverables, systems, and automated workflows
• Participate in project status meetings and provide progress updates as required
• Adhere to the client’s data handling, security, and confidentiality requirements
• Undertake such additional tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time, provided they fall within the general scope of this role and are agreed with the client
