Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for the ISS PMO to lead end-to-end planning, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams. You will coordinate with EY GDS, EY US, and global teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure operational alignment across the ISS ecosystem.

The role requires strong program management discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably in large, matrixed orgs.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Marketing or creative operations experience; agency-side experience adds value.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and reporting/dashboard preparation.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ISS initiatives including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking and governance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, and execution priorities to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate resource planning and readiness across global and virtual teams.
• Facilitate reviews, governance forums, and delivery readiness assessments.
