Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end Integrated Solution Suites initiatives for a global, matrixed organization. You will drive governance, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with EY GDS and EY US stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication skills, extensive PMO experience, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading project or program management in large, matrixed orgs.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and reporting.
• Experience with distributed global teams.
• Strong leadership across virtual teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Knowledge of PMO governance, lifecycle, and delivery management processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Change Management are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Integrated Solution Suites initiatives.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate governance forums, steering committee reviews, and leadership updates.
• Monitor program health, financials, delivery metrics, and execution progress.
• Support leadership decision-making through reporting, risk assessments, and insights.
• Coordinate transition, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Develop mitigation plans, issue resolutions, and escalation handling.
• Standardize PMO processes, templates, governance practices, and reporting.
