Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT leadership across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, Cloud, and transformation.
• Proven experience with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/HRIS) essential.
• Experience in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and IT vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year IT and digital transformation roadmap.
• Govern core business applications including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and finance platforms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure, networks, and cloud services.
• Lead cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
• Manage IT governance, budgets, vendor contracts, and third-party technology risks.
• Build business intelligence, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Lead IT projects from business case through implementation and benefits realization.
• Build a capable IT team with strong succession depth.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR (IS&T)

Role Overview The IS&T Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the company's IT systems, digital platforms, cybersecurity, data, Cloud and IT services. This role translates business priorities into a reliable, secure, and scalable technology environment that supports commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business continuity. Reports to the President/CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned to corporate strategy.

Govern core business applications including ERP, CRM, HRIS, sales force systems, and finance platforms.

Ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure, networks, and cloud services.

Lead cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.

Manage IT governance, budgets, vendor contracts, and third-party technology risks.

Build business intelligence, reporting, and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decisions.

Lead the IT project portfolio from business case through implementation and benefits realization.

Build a capable, accountable, and service-oriented IT team with strong succession depth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business; postgraduate qualification or certifications preferred.

10+ years in IT leadership across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, Cloud experience, and transformation is required.

Proven experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, and/or sales force platforms) is required.

Experience in cybersecurity, DR/BCP, and IT vendor management.

Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG experience is an advantage.
