Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking an IT Director to steer technology strategy and drive innovation across the organization. The role requires extensive IT management experience, strategic planning, and strong leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.

The successful candidate will oversee ERP/CRM, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and BI capabilities while leading an IT team and managing budgets, vendors, and contracts. This is a senior leadership position in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare preferred.
• Strong leadership and vendor management.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM, cloud, cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT and digital strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, finance, HRIS and other business applications.
• Ensure high availability of infrastructure and cloud services.
• Lead cybersecurity, data privacy, DR, and business continuity.
• Manage IT governance, budgets, vendors, and licenses.
• Deliver BI, reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Lead IT team development and project management.
