Job summary

Parking Network BV in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to monitor critical applications and IoT infrastructure, triage incidents, and coordinate with field engineers for device installation and maintenance.

You will work with Kibana, Grafana, and APM tools, diagnose API and device issues, analyze logs, and contribute to service improvement plans to boost reliability and uptime across edge systems.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API debugging.
• Familiarity with IoT devices, edge controllers, and embedded systems.
• Proven ability to analyze logs and metrics to identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical applications and infrastructure and identify anomalies or degradation.
• Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle: log, track, resolve, and provide RCA reports.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and system issues.
• Coordinate with field engineers for device installation, calibration, and replacement.
• Work with IoT hardware and embedded systems including ANPR cameras and edge controllers.
• Configure, validate, and monitor device health and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot API integrations between edge devices and backend systems.
