Job summary

Krones AG, a regional subsidiary in the Philippines, seeks a Service Coordinator to optimize travel for technicians and manage dispatch on SAP. You will handle invoices, leave, quotes, and data updates while coordinating with Project Managers and regional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business admin, or a related field plus 2–3 years in service coordination or technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, project coordination, or technical support.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple service activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements for KFI technicians, sub-contractors, KAG technicians, and Project Managers.
• Coordinate and facilitate travel invoices, registrations, training, and protective equipment logistics.
• Schedule technicians on the SAP-based dispatch table and send dispatch notifications daily.
• Coordinate technicians' leave, quotes, POs, and share documentation with relevant departments.
• Maintain and update technicians' personal data and client site machine/line numbers.
• Prepare monthly utilization reports for all Hub stations.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and regional managers.
• Verify timesheets with correct service order numbers.
• Assist in sourcing outside resources and training agreements for technicians.

• Coordination of travel arrangements for all KFI technicians, sub-contractors, KAG technicians and KFI Project Managers
• Coordination of and facilitation of travel invoices, Airplus registry, annual fitness certificates, first aid classes, noise ban hearing protection devices, contact details
• Scheduling all technicians onto the SAP based dispatch table, keeping it updated on a daily basis and sending dispatch notifications to the technicians
• Coordination of Service Technicians leave, quotes, PO’s and sending documentation to the respective departments
• Maintain, check and update personal data of all technicians
• Update and review machine and line numbers on clients’ sites
• Prepare the monthly utilization reports for all Hub stations
• Engage in regular communication with Project Managers and the various KAG regional managers
• Verify timesheets (ensure correct service order numbers on the timesheets)
• Assist in the sourcing of outside resources and/or expertise
• Preparation of Training Agreements of technicians attending training at KAG or KTH etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, project coordination, or technical support.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple service activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and service management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare service schedules, work orders, reports, and documentation accurately.
