We are looking for a detail-oriented team member to support order processing, invoicing, cash handling, and excellent customer service for dealers and customers. You will process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, conduct RPO/H2H calls, and ensure planogram and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills with strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, ensure accurate invoicing, and support sales while delivering customer service.
• Handle MCP transactions, encode new recruit data, and maximize upselling opportunities.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while following policies.
