Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of at least a 2-year course.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or a similar work environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility regarding work assignments (cross-posting), assignment schedules, and work locations.
• Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in computer skills with foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process dealer orders via Invoicing in the system (BMS).
• Perform order processing in compliance with SOPs including ATP and VS requirements.
• Check released products versus actual invoices.
• Upsell to increase basket size.
• Process Monthly Complementary Products (MCP) for branch employees.
• Establish the correct identity of the transacting dealers prior to processing orders.
• Handle Repeat Purchase Order (RPO) operations and related calls.
• Handle cash management and end-of-day cash count for cash purchases.
• Provide customer service with friendly, respectful, and professional dealer interactions.
• Perform relieving tasks and other branch operations as needed.
• Handle dealer concerns and issues and file invoices in an organized manner.
