Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service to dealers and customers.

The role involves processing orders, maximizing upselling opportunities, handling MCP transactions, and encoding new recruit data, with active participation in RPO/H2H calls.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or a similar environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Adaptability and ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexible with assignments and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and maximize upselling opportunities.
• Handle MCP transactions and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling and ensure cash compliance.
• Maintain product availability and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Ensure accurate invoicing.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives.
