Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc. seeks an Invoicing Clerk to process dealer orders promptly through the system and to increase daily basket size via cross-selling and upselling.

The role focuses on accurate invoicing, order validation, and cash handling within the Commercial Operations unit in the Philippines. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of at least a 2-year course.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or a similar work environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility regarding work assignments (cross-posting), assignment schedules, and work locations.
• Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in computer skills with foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Order processing and management in compliance with SOPs, including ATP and VS requirements.
• Check released products versus actual invoices.
• Perform upselling to increase basket size.
• Process Monthly Complementary Products (MCP) for branch employees.
• Establish correct identity of dealers prior to processing orders.
• Make Repeat Purchase Order (RPO) Heart-to-Heart calls and escalate failed calls as needed.
• Perform end-of-day cash count for cash purchases.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to dealers.
• Handle filing of invoices and other branch operations tasks as needed.
