• Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field with solid financial knowledge.
• 1-2 years experience in invoice processing and accounts payable.
• Proficient in reviewing, validating, and coding invoices per policy.
• Experience with Ariba and Coupa is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and validate invoices from vendors in Coupa/Ariba.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and approvals.
• Create manual POs and purchase requisitions in Ariba.
• Maintain accurate invoicing records and trackers.
