Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Invoice Processing Officer for Taguig City to support invoice processing, requisitions and purchase orders, vendor coordination, and cost allocation to ensure accurate payments.

You will work with Coupa and Ariba, generate POs and PRs, update trackers, and assist with site requirements; CBRE offers merit increases, bonus, and health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate/approve invoices from vendors in Coupa and Ariba. If rejected, coordinates with the vendor to resolve issues
• Send the physical copies of invoices that have already paid to head office
• Respond to and take ownership of any issue relating to day-to-day activities
• Regularly update trackers
• Create Manual PO and route it to the corresponding approvers
• Create Purchase Requisition in Ariba
• Performing other assignments as required related in invoicing.
• Assisting in DR Site requirement such as Invoicing and Space Cost charging

About the Role:

As an Invoice Processing Officer, you will support invoice processing, purchase requisition and purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and cost allocation activities to ensure accurate and timely payment operations.

This job is part of the Procurement and Finance Support function. They are responsible for managing invoicing activities, maintaining procurement records, supporting vendor transactions, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:
