MicroSourcing is hiring a Data Entry Clerk for its Cebu IT Park site in Cebu City. This onsite role operates on dayshift and focuses on accurate invoice data entry using OCR tools. You will review images, extract information, and ensure records are updated across multiple software platforms.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years of prior data entry or related experience preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential

Responsibilities

• View invoice images on the imaging site and type details per guidelines.
• Work with OCR application to extract and verify data.
• Receive invoices, process for payment, and update records.
• Enter data accurately into various systems and correct errors.
• Follow quality controls and take tasks from the Data Entry Lead.
