• Familiar with OCR application.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; fast and accurate, with tracking of speed and accuracy.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Efficient multitasking ability; Call Center Experience NOT required.

Responsibilities

• View invoice images on the imaging website application and input information according to guidelines.
• Receive and process invoices for payment, updating invoice details accordingly.
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs.
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
• Complete any tasks assigned or mandated by the Data Entry Team Lead.
