Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with the company's business and financial objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, shareholders, equity analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
Coordinate investor communications, presentations, earnings materials, and corporate announcements.
Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, briefing materials, and management talking points.
Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, analyst opinions, and competitor developments.
Coordinate earnings releases, investor calls, meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other investor events.
Respond to investor and analyst inquiries accurately and professionally.
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Executive Management to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
Support management in communicating financial results, business strategy, performance, and key corporate initiatives.
Maintain and analyze shareholder and investor data.
Prepare regular reports on investor activity, market perception, valuation, and peer performance.
Ensure investor communications comply with applicable securities laws, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Identify opportunities to improve the company's visibility and engagement within the investment community.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, financial communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, capital markets, and corporate finance.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze financial and market data and translate findings into clear business insights.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with senior executives and external financial stakeholders.
