Job summary

Proselect Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Investment Reporting Analyst to support credit investment reporting, portfolio performance monitoring, and financial data reconciliation in Pasay, Philippines.

You will prepare quarterly SOI reports, maintain investment cash flow records, and calculate key performance metrics such as IRR, MOIC, TVPI, and DPI, while ensuring accuracy for investors across time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, investment operations, fund accounting, credit analysis, or portfolio reporting.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large, multi-tab workbooks.
Familiarity with investment performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI).
Experience with financial data reconciliation, reporting, and QA.

Responsibilities

Prepare and update quarterly Schedule of Investments (SOI) reports with valuations and performance data.
Maintain investment-level cash flow records and financial transactions.
Calculate and validate fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI).
Support quarterly loss ratio analysis and monitor credit investment performance.
Prepare investor reporting templates, including ILPA-standard reports.
Monitor investment metrics such as credit ratings, yields, spreads, duration, and borrower performance.
Perform data reconciliation and QA across financial reports.
Coordinate with Accounting, Valuation, Operations, and IR teams to validate data.
Identify and escalate reporting discrepancies; support process improvements.
