Job summary

Infinit-O in Metro Manila is seeking a Credit Reporting Analyst to prepare and maintain investment reporting across credit funds, including SOI updates, cash flow ledger management, and LP‑specific reporting templates. You will work with fund performance metrics and investment‑level data to support investor reporting and internal analytics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years work related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including large, formula‑driven, multi‑tab workbooks.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Knowledge of fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI) and credit‑specific metrics (yield to maturity, credit spread duration, LTV, credit ratings).
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy ownership.
• Disciplined, process‑oriented, following prescribed formats and definitions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quarterly preparation and roll forward of Schedule of Investments (SOI) for each Credit fund, updating positions and investment values.
• Apply qualitative taggings across SOI and reporting templates and support roll forward of capital metrics.
• Maintain investment‑level cash flow ledger by strategy and reconcile with source data.
• Support quarterly Loss Ratio Analysis and roll forward invested capital by fund.
• Assist in ILPA‑standard reporting templates for LPs with updated investment metrics.
• Maintain footnotes, legends, and disclosures across templates for consistency.
• Quality‑control deliverables, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with teams to source data.
• Partner with Accounting, Valuation, Operations and IR teams to validate data.
• Support onboarding of new LP reporting templates and ad hoc reporting requests.
