Job summary

Manulife invites an Investment Operations Senior Specialist, Optimization & Automation to develop and enhance automation tools using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will collaborate across Global WAM Investments Operations to deliver scalable solutions and drive data‑driven decisions.

Requirements include 3–5 years in investment operations, strong Power Platform expertise, and knowledge of SQL.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Operational exposure to Investments / Market Operations.
3-5 years in investment operations with data visualization, workflow automation and BI tools.
Basic knowledge of investment products.
Strong MS PowerPlatform skills and SQL understanding.

Responsibilities

Enhance investment operations workflows with design, development, and maintenance of custom automation using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Ensure connectivity between Power Platform components and SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
Identify process improvements and work with teams on updates and issues.
Test applications and workflows for quality and reliability.
Deploy and maintain Power Platform solutions meeting standards and compliance.
Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
Provide end-user training and develop user guides for adoption.
Stay updated on Power Platform features and best practices.
Support team capability development and lead annual procedure exercises.
Monitor industry trends and advise on optimizations.
